Church Weekend Away

We would love you to join us for our Church Weekend Away from 20th-22nd May 2022. Take time out with St Mary’s church family in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.

What to expect
We believe that church is not an event you turn up to, but a family you belong to. We have a vision for our whole church family to come together for a weekend of bible teaching, worship, time out and fun together as one family. It will be a fantastic opportunity to spend a relaxed time together with your church family, getting to know people better, and also having the opportunity to explore and grow in your faith through teaching, prayer and worship.

Other weekend highlights include our guest speakers, a full children’s programme and separate youth sessions during adult meeting times, evening entertainment and various options for free time on Saturday afternoon.

Whether you are new to St Mary’s, or have been coming for many years, we would love you to join us for this very special weekend together!

Speakers – Paul & Christine Perkin
Paul and Christine recently retired from leading St Marks Battersea Rise in London – one of the first church plants from Holy Trinity Brompton – and are now based at St Andrew’s Limpsfield Chart on the Kent / Surrey border.

They have three married children, and seven grandchildren. Both teach and preach regularly, train young leaders and lead marriage and family ministries which is at the heart of their work together. Christine’s other involvements include leading conferences for clergy wives and for women in leadership roles. Paul’s work includes a commitment to global mission, especially through the Anglican Communion.
