Everything we do as a church is made possible by your praying, serving and giving. Thank you for your generosity.
As Christians, giving is our response to God’s amazing grace to us. Generous giving blesses others and supplies the needs of God’s people, it is also an act of obedience and trust – in doing it we are saying that it is God, not ourselves or anyone else, who ultimately provides for our needs.
We are grateful for each gift, no matter what the amount or how the gift is made. However, if you’re part of St Mary’s and in a position to give financially, we would love for you to consider setting up a regular, monthly gift, however small or large, at a level that is affordable for you.
We give what we can, so that God can do immeasurably more. Regular giving is crucial for us as it enables us to plan impactful, long-term projects and reach as many people as possible with the love of Jesus. Your financial giving also enables:
- our ministry to our parish and wider community, including activities on Sundays and midweek for children and youth and the elderly
- maintenance of our premises and churchyard, staff salaries and the resources to make church happen
- 10% of our freewill income is given to support our Mission Partners in the UK and overseas

We encourage all giving to be gift-aided so that tax can be claimed back. If you are a UK taxpayer we can claim basic rate tax back on your donation, which will increase your gift by 25%. Please complete this online Gift Aid Form. Hard copies are available on request from our Church Office.

Leaving a Legacy
You may also consider making a gift to St Mary’s via your will. Legacies can be one of the most valuable and lasting ways you can continue to support mission and ensure the Gospel is preached to future generations here in West Horsley.
