Phil Herrington
Rector of St Mary’s
Phil is married to Louise and they have two children called Emilia and Rosie. Phil became Rector of St Mary’s in March 2016, having trained at St Mellitus College in London and worked for St Mark’s Battersea Rise and Christ Church, Cockfosters. Prior to that, he worked for several Technology and Management Consultancies in London and Reading as a Recruiter. He enjoys spending time with the girls, mountain and road biking and is a fan of Tottenham Hotspur.

Isabel Hollick
Office Manager
Isabel is married to Mark and they have a son and daughter nearing the end of secondary school. She has been a member at St Mary’s since 2008. Isabel qualified as an accountant in South Africa. After arriving in the UK in 2001, she first worked in the City and then moved to a corporate in Surrey. Around this time they moved from London to live in West Horsley. Ten years ago Isabel left the corporate world to help Mark with his small business and enjoy the flexibility of being available for the children. In this next chapter, she looks forward to using her skills in her new role as Office Manager. In her spare time, Isabel loves walking, playing tennis, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Catherine Robinson
Church Office Administrator
Catherine has worked in our Church office since 2015 and very much enjoys being part of the staff team here at St Mary’s. Catherine grew up in West Horsley but now lives in Ashtead with her two daughters. Before working at St Mary’s, Catherine was a nanny/ childminder for over 30 years. She loves to read and also enjoys shopping and spending time with her friends and family.

Rhiannon Stroud
Children and Families Pastor
Rhiannon is married to Tarn and they have three daughters who attend local primary and secondary schools. Rhiannon has been a member of St Mary’s since 2010 and became Office Manager in 2018. Rhiannon is a qualified teacher and before she joined the staff team she worked first as a KS2 primary teacher and then as a Head of Art and DT in a Windsor Middle School. Rhiannon combines her love of art and teaching in the children’s ArtBoost classes that she runs at the Wheelhouse during term time.
