We usually have two services on a Sunday morning – our 9am Traditional Service at St Mary’s Church and our 10.45am Family Service with children’s groups at East Horsley Village Hall. The two services then join together once a month for a Whole Church Service together in St Mary’s.

Our 9am Traditional Service

Our 9am Traditional service at St Mary’s Church is a quieter, often more reflective service set within the beautiful setting of our lovely old 11th Century Parish Church building. It includes readings from the Bible, followed by a talk and prayers. We also have sung worship throughout the service, mainly using hymns with a talented organist. Communion is held every first and third Sunday of the month. There is an unmanned children’s corner with books, toys and activity craft packs, for any children who may attend this service. Refreshments are served at the end of each service. You are warmly invited to join us!

Our 10.45am Contemporary Service

Our 10.45am Service is a more relaxed service for all ages – more fluid in its style. It takes place in the modern facilities at East Horsley Village Hall, surrounded by lovely park-land and a children’s play area. There are groups for children and young people up to school year 10. Everyone starts off altogether in the main hall with a family worship song and then the children leave to go to their groups. The service will continue with a reading from the Bible, followed by a talk and prayers. We have sung worship throughout the service, mainly using contemporary/modern worship songs with a live band and singers. Communion is held on the second Sunday of the month. Refreshments are served at the end of each service and everyone is welcome to join us!
